Today is an Indian Holiday. Eli has the day off. I made pancakes for breakfast with jelly. .no pancake syrup. Grapefruit. At about 10:30 am I felt sick to my stomach ...traveler's diarhea. I took Imodium and felt better....stay close to home.
I lay down for a nap at 2 pm and slept until 6 pm. Eli wanted to go for a walk and get ice cream. We went to Southpoint Mall next door to Kentucky Fried Chicken. They have two soft serve cones for 25 rupies. ..except the machine was out of order today...boo hoo. So we went to Baskin Robbins instead. Eli got plain vanilla. I got chocolate mousse. Then I noticed Oreo cookies.. 5 rupies each...with no cream filling...Just the way I like them! 99 rupies each for the cones and 5 rupies for the cookie. Now I know where to get Oreos whenever I want..
Eli showed me around the Mall. Medium Well Done Restaurant,..a German steakhouse... serves authentic bratwurst, beer, steaks and burgers for a handsome price. Live jazz music sometimes.
When we got back, I reheated leftovers for dinner. Then Eli watched a few episodes of the HBO movie series..Game of Thrones. I worked on this blog and stayed up all night.
